My Account is a ghost.

My domain name is twilightconcepts and my user name for everything is vghopkinsjr. My account status is unknown because whenever I try to link my hosting and forum usernames, it says that it doesn't exist when it obviously does if I can login to both accounts. On top of that, it says I have a hosting account already, but whenever I go to my site, it says that the domain name is "available" when it obviously shouldn't be. So I just thought I'd post my version of what's going on and hope that it gets fixed immediately.
