Before x10hosting were migirated,
i had my acc name in the forum and cpanel as delperol,
but after the migration is done ,
nothing seems to work,
when i try to logon https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&vb ,
it tells me my acc doesnt even exist ,
so i went to register a new account again,
same name , same email, activated
it works but when i click on hosting on the top nagvigation bar,
an error is prompt :

An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. The error is shown below:
The username delperol is already in use.

Now if my hosting acc is already in use ,
why would i be allowed to register a new hosting acc under the same name and email?
and when i try to create a support ticket,
it tells me to create a new forum acc where i couldnt find anywhere to add this forum acc into the case -.-
Furthermore, my acc is in suspension at the moment due to inactivity,,
but i never knew where and how to fix this...
could somone enlight me ??
