Without a license key this install is currently marked as illegal - if you have a valid vbulletin license key, provide it and we can contact vB to verify it's actually legit. If you don't have a license key (which you probably don't since we've not had anyone actually provide one when suspended like this), then the suspension is permanent so you would remain suspended permanently.
