Probably sound like no subdomain but yet probably using the main domain x10, Try to use the Subdomain of your site when using links as such, sometimes a server fault can cause this.

Righty ho, go into cPanel. Click File Manager

Click the NAME of www and then on the right hand side click Change Permissions.

Change the permissions to 755, and then click save / chmod.
