my account is not working and I am not suspended

I was by a training in dublin and didnt have any access to internet. And now I come back and my account speedy1205.exofire.net is blocked and the domain is free to register ?

Whats going up ? What I was doing ?

sorry I have at the moment no idea what you are talkong from. I have only one account -> speedy1205.exofire.net and this (ezlawn.x10Hosting.com) I have no idea what is this and I dont have any link to this on my page to this page ???!!!!! And I had only an joomla and a gallery ..... no forum !

How you want to proof that this is my account or how you was researching it ? I dont unddderstend all of this.....

I heave searched the through the corporate accounts and there is no speedy12 account with that username.

yes this is right my cpanel username is speedy12 as i was sending you. But my site was and is still speedy1205.ExoFire.net how I was sending you and you can see also in the post and I dont know and i was not today creating a homepage ezlawn.x10Hosting.com !!!!!

What i am going to do is terminate the ezlawn account. Then we can try and figure out from there what is going on.


Ok that site has been terminated. Now please login to your cpanel if possible and link forum account to hosting account.

for me this is OK. But Please check if there is not my gallery and my Joomla (on this account or wherever it is now) and dont delete it please (when it is not deleted yet).

I was looking at this account (ezlawn.x10Hosting.com) this was not looking like there is some from me but have a look .

The only account that i could see that was ever registered to speedy12 was the ezlawn account. I have checked both adfree and adenhanced accounts. Are you sure you used the cpanel username speedy12 ?

The only thing that could possibly have happened is if you have not logged in to the forums for more than 24 days. In that case your account would have been terminated. If this is the case you will need to use the logout url and register again.

yes i was using all the time speedy12 in cpanel becauce I couldnt take speedy1205 whyever. I have it also so in the mail which I got Maybe you will delete this account also and I will reg. me again ? But can you look If you have my joomla and gallery 2 still there ?

This is possible, becauce I was in training so I was not using it. But I can login became only this error messeage ? Where is this logout link ? So my data is deleted right ?

To prevent issues like this in the future x10Hosting needs to add a checkbox which sets a flag that you are on vacation. This should maybe be allowed to be set for a max period of 6 weeks in a year. If this time is exceeded the normal routine applies.

People do go on courses and vacation and these can be in places where there is no access to the internet. i.e The Kruger National Park in South Africa

Because I still dont know why or whats happened to my account. First an Admin has to look into it.

I have no idea why this thread is closed. The problem is still actual. I still can not Login and I still dont know why .....
