My account is not working

Hi,

It's benn like 4-5 months that I haven't accesd my account, as I was on vacation and then I had personal problems. So today I try to check my site and it says that my x10hosting account is inexistant....

Is there a way to reccuperate my site? I put a lot of work especially on building my Databases....

If you did not log onto the Forums in the past 6 weeks, your account would have been suspended for inactivity after the first 31 days and then deleted 10 days later.

They do not keep backups of files or databases.

I can reach that via the web. The mySQL has problems, but the basic files seem there.

I'm guessing that's not his; the site you just mentioned has posts from october and november, and the OP said they were gone 4-5 months, not 2 or so. My -guess- is someone happened to pick the same subdomain he had, and now there's an account there that's not actually his.

@liguehs: to be sure, can you post your cpanel username (or at least what it was) (NOT THE PASSWORD)? Staff can use that to see if the account was actually terminated/erased or if it's still around somehow.
