hi x10 , \r\n1.my account is supended for nulled scripts , and i dont know what that means,how can i solve it?\r\n2,and how can i reset my host,I mean I want to delete files of my root , becuse i think there is problem,my cpanel doent work good, it doesnt do some tasks ,

If you're suspended for Nulled Scripts, that means you have illegal software on your account (most commonly causing this is vBulletin without a legit license).
This is a Zero Tolerance suspension which means the account is frozen permanently. If you wish to dispute this you can, however if there is indeed illegal software, the account will remain frozen.
