my account is suspended and do not know why??

1) You should be making any requests using the Forum Account linked to your Free Hosting Account, ie the Forum Account sonich52
2) The reason given is "Proxy signup" -- you are not allowed to signup using a proxy that would hide your IP
3) Since your post is from Jordan, I would assume that you do not live in one of the "whitelisted" countries eligable for a Free Hosting Account.
4) I do not know why your appeal has not been answered, but if 2) and 3) are accurate, I do not expect your appeal to be granted.

Please note that I can confirm the appeal was indeed answered on 13 May 2013 11:14 AM; the original dispute was filed 13 May 2013 09:52 AM. This was answered in under two hours, which isn't the norm but it was most certainly within the 1 day normally allowed for disputes.
I can also re-confirm that the use of the proxy to sign up for the account is what caused the immediate and permanent suspension due to the bypassing of our current country restrictions.
As this is now resolved, I am closing the ticket.
