My account is suspended and i can´t unsuspend it

That´s the "reason" why my account has been suspended.
But there is no way that i can fix it, because i can´t get into my CPANEL or my ftp server to delete some resources.
What can i do? i don´t want to use the 3rd chance to unsuspend it, i´m afraid i´ll loose all the info.

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on View Suspension report on Right Sidebar.

There you can unsuspend youself

If you are suspended a third time, you do not lose your site. You just have to be unsuspended by an Admin who will try to help you find the reason for the high usage.
