My account is suspended

Hello!

I have been a user of x10Hosting service for few months, and I logged in the forum and account panel regularly. Today, I logged in my hosting account and saw that it is suspended. The reason is that there is "No site" and the suspension code is 8F9AD9469D53. I didn't host warez nor any similar content and I have two websites hosted.
