Hi anurag16890,
Your account is suspeded for high resource usage.
1st and 2nd resource usage suspensions can be usnsuspended yourself in account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php
But for the third staff has to do it for you.
May be some plugin or newly installed script causing the high resource usage.
I will escalate the thread to support area so the staff will unsuspend your account.
