Provide proof your vbulletin is actually legal to have. vBulletin isn't free, they give you license #'s and client id's.

However, I also found a file that is used by nulling groups only and is -not- a valid part of vBulletin, which proves yours was a nulled copy. I have updated your suspension reason to reflect your new permanent suspension for nulled vBulletin.


Edit: Also found a file that has a callback for vBulletin has been emptied. This is 100% nulled.
