My account is suspended

Hi there. I hosted a site on x10hosting. When I visit the site, it says My account is suspended. The site is techindia.co.cc. There is a link to Login to control panel. When I click there, It takes me to the sign in page. When its done, an error message is displayed meaning that I cannot login now, and try again later. I was trying again and again many times and the result is the same same again. Maybe the account is suspended due to inactivity in forums. I agree with that. But I could not even login to cpanel, then how this issue is to be resolved. I am wondering, anybody here to help?
