My account is'nt working.

Hey I'm new here and I signed up yesterday or the day before. I haven't been able to use my Cpanel yet
even when it says its online. Now I keep getting this message.

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Can anyone help?
