My Account Keeps Gettign Suspended

Almost once every hour my account gets suspended
"Prolonged high resource usage. Account will be unsuspended automatically in 30 minutes."

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong so I can fix it?

Does this mean I am limited to how much add-ons I can add?

I am actually lost with this description, I am using SMF, and I don't think I have done anything to overuse my space. I am the only person so far on this forum...

if ur using a global shoutbox (meaning its on every page) itll keep happening
happened to me

or if ur using a shoutbox period, it will use a lot of CPU

i took my shoutbox's off and just use IRC
