My account keeps getting suspended for inactivity, not true

My account keeps getting suspended for inactivity. I keep a reminder on my desktop with the date of the last log in to the CPanel. I login at least once every 30 days. I upload my files via FTP (serveral times a month). http://pbcc.x10.mx/

My page gets serveral hundred hits a month.

A week or two later, I'll get onother notice, and I'll turn it back on.

What am I doing wrong?

Only logging into the portal will count as activity.
We do not track if you upload files on ftp, or if anyone visits your site.

that was my understanding, but I was there less than 2 weeks ago, and today I got the notice again???
