My Account Seems to have Disappeared

Sorry if this is a common issue at the moment (maybe there is some update happening) but I have not managed to find anything regarding this.

My account seems to have simply disappeared. when I try to reach my site I get an 'address not found' error. Also, when I log into the x10 website I end up at a page saying:

"In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.[...]"

When I enter my cPanel username (as requested), I receive a message saying "The hosting username you specified does not exist."

What exactly is going on? I'm not with ad-enhanced, just the free, no-ads setup. If anybody can help it would be appreciated.

Ah, sorry, should have said - it's chuff (same as my forum name).

That account appears to have been terminated:

Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.

This means it was suspended for 10 days during which you didn't request unsuspension. The only thing I can offer you is the chance to sign up again - we don't keep backups of free accounts I'm afraid. Really sorry about this, but there's nothing we can do .

Hmm, that would make sense, my computer was broken for the last few weeks, but I was expecting it to just get suspended.

Guess I'll just have to sign up again! (and probably be more careful ). I think I have a backup on my flash drive somewhere.

Anyway, thanks for clearing that up. I should have expected that's what had happened :s
