My Account Suspended! Please help

Hello Sir/Madam,

My account has been suspended due to violation of the TOS. I just almost forgot that scripts such as proxy were restricted in x10Hosting and that it might led to the suspension of the account.

I utterly apologies for my conduct and would plead you to give me another chance.

That's not going to happen, considering you just admitted you didn't actually forget ('almost forgot') that they were against the Tos. Regardless of that anyway, this is a permanent suspension due to the violation of the ToS and you will not be given access to your files nor databases prior to their deletion.
