We can't remove the suspension because it's listed in its own section in the TOS that you agreed to less than 24 hours before you were suspended:
* Shoutbox\Chat Scripts: Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden due to the amount of MySQL queries they take. Accounts found with chat scripts or shoutboxes will be suspended.
The two options we have at this point are either an upgrade to Illuminated or Premium as neither of those disallows chatboxes, however both of those options are also paid options. There are no free options that allow the account to be unsuspended as this is a permanent suspension.
