My account suspended

Good day Sir/Ma,
I don't know what you mean by proxy. I still access my account 27th and also today without any notification that i use anything call proxy. Please kindly unsuspend my account, and if not plead my account. It means that i wouldn't have access to my account and you people will still keep my record. Please once again if my hosting can't be unsuspended, delect my account.
