You can't, The suspension is due to violation of TOS. It is permanent.

You don't, what's happened here is you uploaded a site that was not legal. I can see part of the cavalry logger code here, which in its current form is actually part of Facebook.

As such, code was stolen from Facebook which isn't legal, which is why you just got permanently suspended.
