My account was suspended without any reason

I have an account on x10hosting with the subdomain: naqeal01.x10.mx.


Today I can no longer access my account. I’m not able to log in to the cPanel or my main account. I haven’t received any email explaining why it was suspended or what happened.





Please help me recover the account or at least let me know the reason for the suspension. I’ve put a lot of work into this project and I don’t want to lose it.

Please, I’m not interested in any other account. I won’t use or create any other. I just want this one (naqeal01.x10.mx) and nothing else. I made a mistake once and it won’t happen again. Please allow me to continue only with this account.
