My account by name kayce.elementfx.com has been suspended because i used proxies unknowingly. I am really sorry and would like my account to be rectified and active

Proxies on the account itself are what it got suspended for; they're clearly outlawed in the TOS and result in a permanent suspension that we cannot undo.
