My Account was suspended

My account was suspended because spam bots supposedly took over my forum and it was inactive for two months. I could not work on my forum because SMF (Simple Machines Forum) said my forum was under construction. However, I later noticed there was a bug that I had to fix.

I bought Prime and it hasn't fixed the issue. Please un-suspend my account.

Hello,

I appreciate that your account has been influenced by something essentially out of your control. If we unsuspend your account, what will you do to solve the problem? The fact that it wasn't noticed for 2 months concerns me slightly.

We couldn't log into our account for some odd reason while SMF "upgraded" our account. Now that we have taken control of our account again, we changed the forum to the newest version, which features captcha and this will keep out any other potentially threatening bugs.

Good enough for me and I was the one who suspended it XD

Unsuspending now; I'd highly recommend either looking and clearing out the spambot posts or nuking it entirely (I can't remember how much spam there was but if it was enough for me to suspend it, it had to have been a decent amount :S )

Do make sure to get it cleaned up and try to keep a closer eye on it in the future though, just to be safe
