my account was suspensed

x10host warn of my host have been suspended for high system resource usage for 3 times , but I just did not know why .

I only put a wordpress blog on the host , and I don't think there is any thing cause the high system resource continually . I havn't find out the reasion of it , I think need your help .

the suspension reason code is SPND_RUSAGE3
