I use my username/pwd- i can get in form but not cPanel.
I don't know why.

First thing first Don't post passwords in the forum

edit the post and remove th password.

It appears to be your forum account is not linked to your hosting account, Most probably the hosting account is suspended and then terminated because of inactivity,

You must login to forums atleast every 31 days. Login to account panel or login into cpanel is not counted as activity

Only forum login counts.

You can provide the cpanel username to know what exactly happened?

I think you can re register for hosting account using same forum account
