hi i want to no way my account keeps on getting suspended when i login at least 1 ever two week i login a lot more and still it suspends me why ?

Are you logging into the forums or your cpanel? You need to log into the forums. Logging into the cpanel does not keep your account active. You are required to log into the forums once every two weeks.

ok well am logging into x10hosting.com as well as cpanel so i have to "just" login to to forums ?

Yes you just have to log into the forums every 2 weeks (make sure that your main account and forum account are linked)
