I have to say, you did a bit of an interesting job during your uploading, and you proved a point - the automatic suspension scanner not only works, but it also scans the stuff you don't upload to public_html.
You were zero tolerance permanently suspended for uploading a proxy to the root of your account. You didn't even get it in the right folder to start with, but it's permanent either way. Sure used it long enough to get that on there apparently.
