Well i need a lot of practise more.

You should try to learn some non-bevel and emboss effects to put on the text, you should also place the text down a bit so it doesn't get caught on the edge. Take some tutorials and stuff and it'll be awesome. Also, the size is a little too big. Try to make it smaller and sleeker.
