How do I reset everything so I get my defaults back??

An admin will do it. In the future, keep your account safe and don't allow anyone to do this.

A staff member can terminate your account, and then you'll be able to re-create it. You'll loose all the files you've now hosted in your account, so make a backup if you've.
Please confirm if you want your account terminated.
