My Code not W3C Valid!

Ok, I checkd my code using the w3c validator and I admit, there were a few problem,s probably down to my own doing. I tried to rectify these and made even more errors!

I will give 250 pts to the person who can fix my code! Post back if your interested!

also..i read in another topic that the ad code itself is not W3C too, so that could be one problem
