My Cpanel account is gone?

I have been away for a small while and while so, recently my Domain has changed name severs, to use a different host, i have recoverd it and today reset my name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

My Cpanel has been deleted from the name server changing I sopose?
