Hi all,

I'll start by saying I wasn't sure where best to post this so I thought I'd take my chances and post it here, sorry if it's the wrong place. I'd also like to apologise if what I write doesn't make sense but I'll do my best to be clear and consise.

Basically, whenever I try to login to cPanel I'm told it failed, about a month ago it was ok but I guess because I hadn't been logging into the forums my account was suspended, how can I lift that suspension?

Whenever I login to my x10Hosting account I am immediately presented with the following:

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.

Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

When I enter my Account Username I'm told it doesn't exist.

My account details are as follows:

Username: gcparish
Domain: gcparish.PCRiot.com
Hosting Package: Adfree

This is really frustrating me as I need to get a website sorted out in time for Christmas Day!:rant2:

Any help at all is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Niall

Recently the Administrators had an account clean-up which clean up all inactive accounts, maybe your account is one of it.

I'm having the same issue, but about a week earlier my account was suspended and I unsuspended it so I don't think my account should have been deleted.

Hope we get an answer soon.

If you have not logged into these forums in tow weeks your account goes into an inactivity suspension. Failing to request a suspension lift, the server termination script automatically terminates the account.

My account had been suspended, and subsequently unsuspended, about a week prior to this cpanel thing happening. That leads me to believe that it was not deleted for inactivity. Is there any method of recovery or will I be forced to move on to another host?

Jesse

I appreciate that staff will help resolve this problem once they take note of it, but as I said in my original post I have to ensure that it is up and running by Christmas Eve (I realise I said Christmas Day but I was wrong).

Unless you can promise me that this problem will be sorted by tomorrow afternoon, I'll have no choice but to look for a different host (I can't afford to take a risk!).

Cheers for the replies so far!

Niall

I can get back into my cPanel now, thanks very much!

I don't know if it was because I registered my account again or the Administrators took heed of my plight but either way I'm very happy!

Your domain name seems to be working perfectly fine. Are you still experiencing the problem?

Hello all;

I see that this particular thread has the same issues as me. I just got my Adfree account yesterday...and I can log into the account through the main page, but from there I get that screen that everyone was talking about.

Can someone assist this newbie on getting everything sorted out.

Thanks,
Geoff Scott (THE NEWBIE)

Damn! I have the same problem here!

I can access to my site, and everything but cPanel, it says that the login fails... =(
