my cpanel become white screen

To get to your cpanel goto http://subvert.x10hosting.com:XXXX. {xxxx = number}

& when i went theres nothing but white screen. what does that xxxx means? is it a port? for your info i'm behind university firewall & if that xxxx thing're port, obviously blocked by my university. what should i do? somebody, pls help me.

theres no other way? now i know its a port. & that port blocked by my university. seems i must to meet the university admin, in order to get that port open, rite? oh, my. holy crap. he is so sucks. & acts around. Last time i met him, was to open the bittorrent port. & He said "heh. heh. heh. i'll make research bout it." until now - nothing action taken. He is so stupid & dont even know what p2p stands for. lol. thanks guys for your support, btw.
