My cpanel login itself doesnot exist

my Forum username is 'shanram' and I am using
1. Ad free account username/cpanel username: shanram
2. Ad ENHANCED with username/cpanel: shanram1
I have submitted the link email in both the account with the same email.
Now I can able to login in both the cpanel acccount but not in the Forum. Please give me the instruction as when I am logining in Forum I use 'shanram' username but the screen name it shows is shanram1.
Please Help

You are not allowed to host multiple accounts.
Please post which account you'd like to keep.
