my cpanel showing 99% filled but no website data inside

Dear Sir,
Good morning.
My cpanel is suddenly filled up with out visible data in public_html.
Can you please help me with clearing all data and resetting it to similar to a new one?
I am not bothered about the data inside it as I have backups for the same.
