My domain don't works

Good morning,
In the last saturday(06-12-2010) i had unsuspended my account, but my domain don't works yet.My FTP and my cPanel , just when i enter in my domain by this address http:jubileu.x10.bz the server don't send any response.Thank's for help and sorry for my bad english.
