My domain fire-play.com not working

hi every body
i want an account manager or some one who can resolve my problem which is the domain it was working fine (the domain was working but the server was down almost all the time) . but yesterday i discover that fire-play.com redirect to the cpannel.by the way this is not the first time that this happen . now i want someone to help please and i also want to know if the server will continue like this i mean not working fine . thank you .

Your domain was somehow pointing to the wrong server. I fixed the entry, it may take a bit for DNS to update.

Please re-open this if you need further assistance.
