My domain is down!! Help!

Why does my domain address is down ... I can access my cpanel but my FTP is down too .... http://jedbernabe.pcriot.com .... is this temporary...??? Why is this happening?? can somebody give me an answer? :dunno:

So downtime here and there is expected.
