My domain is stuck in your system

I entered the incorrect domain after I had entered my correct domain of Heartlandministries.info, and now it only presents an error when I try to replace the incorrect domain with my correct domain. Your team has been trying to fix it, but I haven't been able to communicate with them for some time. here is their message.

"Hello, the DNS records for heartlandministries.info seem to have not been removed correctly. Alternatively can you please check to ensure it's not parked in cPanel under "Parked" domains. If it is, first remove it from there and then try adding as your primary domain again. If this does not work, please reply and i will have the records removed so you can re-add it."

My domain is not parked. Please help. I am getting nowhere when I try to correct this problem.

Was that reply inside of a Support Ticket? If so, reply to the ticket with that information, that way we're not having to escalate this thread into a separate ticket.
