My website is ne-evertonians.co.uk
I have 2 email addresses: info@ & twitter@ne-evertonians.co.uk, and when sending from either to any email address (tried multiple domains) it registers as spam. The domain is not on any blacklist I can find.

I have used the email health check tool available through mxtoolbox, and it appears to point to there being no SPF record.

Can anyone confirm this? If so, how can I add one to my domain. It is not an accessible feature in cpanel for me.

Thanks in advance.

It's probably based on the origin IP address. Let's just say that on a free service, not everybody plays nice all of the time. Staff do what they can to fix problems like this when they arise, but ultimately the spam classification is at the receiving end. Your users will have to be told to check their spam folder and mark your mail as "not spam", which should locally override the general filter just for your domain.

as for that SPF record...

in [ cPanel-x3 ] theme's home page (not x10hosting Basic) - at [ Mail ] click on [ Email Authentication ]
NOTE: if you are NOT in the [ cPanel x3 ] theme - click on the "Switch Theme" button at the top on the screen - you can choose between [ x10Hosting Basic ] and [ cPanel-x3 ] themes
