My Email to the CEO of HP

God, I STILL hat HP, here is my letter tothe CEO of HP.


Dear Mark,
In my over one year experience with HP and your "awesome tech support", as advertised in your commercials, I would have to say that it was the WORST experience I have ever had, with anything in my entire life. First off, I will talk about your tech support. Your tech support, has done absolutely NOTHING for me, regardless of how many times I described, in detail, my situation, they still didn't help. As I recall, mostly, all they could talk about was me getting a new warranty, and that I needed to re-format my hard drive. Also, during one of my calls to your "tech support", I found myself being asked a series of questions that were personal, and un-needed, such as what my school name was, my grade level, etc,. I found those very odd questions for a "tech support" person to ask. Finally, I seem to recall, during one of my calls, I was told to do something, that even I knew wouldn't work, which resulted in the "tech" getting angry and saying that I was not allowed to demand help from him. Now, for the experience, just, one, plain, simple word for this, HORRIBLE! This is due to the fact, that I was constantly told to do the same thing, which got very frustrating. Last, but not least, my computer is STILL not fixed, and always experiences errors, therefore, the "tech help" never helped. Now, I would just like to say, that I hope to NEVER buy from HP again, and seeing as how my computer no longer works, I would like my money back. I would like my money back because, basically, I don't have a computer, seeing as how all it can do, and al it does, is sit, dormant, therefrore, I think I should get my money back.

haha very nice but i doubt anyone would read it..
did you get a bot response? thats the most common

hp outsources their tech support.. when we used to call tech support for our hp it was always a call sent to an indian person.. same for sbc..

they do offer lousy tech support. my friends hang up and redial until they get somebody different to listen to their problem

Yes, indeed, however, I will call them, and continue to call until I can talk to someone high up, I am not going to give up this easily, I want my money back, or a new computer, simple as that.

Basically, if they're like Orbitz or Falcon they'll give you a mail in rebate or some sort of carrying bag. Nothing special. Don't get your hopes up.

lol...when my pc scewed up after i bought it, i just called them up and said im sending this back, better give me a new computer, and they did in like a week. but i did have to pay shipping and handling cost. it was like $50.00 (USD)
good luck with that

Actually, I do have an "idea", as you call it, about the bigger picture. I think, however, that I don't want to give up on some stupid-a** company, and let them get away with this s***, so, I want some kind of compensation for something that I can BARELY use, espically, when from there company, and any time, they could have offered me a new computer, or something like that. Also, I am just tired of HP in general, I used to be farely "ok" with HP, but now since most of the things I bought in the last year or so, happen to be HP, and and happen to be pieces of s****, I am rather angry. I worked for over a year, for something, that withing 2 months of buying it, starting working incorrectly, therefore, I think I should get SOMETING.

Not hoping to get like, a whole billion dollars, but am not going to take some crap designer bag, or mail in rebate, so I just HOPE to get more than that.

Yea, but is has been over a tear, so they wont, even when bestbuy sent it to them, not telling them it was mine, they still didn't.

Lol, you know, I don't know, its just, I use commas a lot more than, i, uh, should. Lol, look at all thos commas ^^^^^

Good job. HP has one of the worst tech supports in the world. I even tryed to help you fix the problem but it still was there. I hope that HP dose give you your money back.

File a BBB complaint, that should get someone to contact you within a week. Don't remove the complaint until you are satisfied.
