My Files Keep Disappearing

Some of my video or music files disappear from a virtual tour I created.

The terms of service states that files over 10MB will be automatically removed. This is done a couple (?) hours after it is put onto the account.

Terms of Service are found under 'Legal' at the bottom right of each page: This is an automated process that occurs about 4 hours after posting.

Hosting accounts may not be used to store backups, personal files, or non-web accessible files. Any files hosted on the account must be directly related to the website the account is intended for. Files over 10MB in size will be automatically removed from non-upgraded accounts.
