Hi,
I suggest that you use www.helpster.co.cc or www.helpster.cz.cc
These two can be got at co.cc and cz.cc sites respectively.
They act like top level domains and are free.You will get SEO Urls and google loves SEO Urls.
With CO.nr you will loose on google pagerank.Very high price for not going to TLDs.
