My free hosting services was suspended, tried to unsuspend but it gave an error.

My free hosting services was suspended, tried to unsuspend, but it gave me an error.
When I check my website it is NOT down, also NOT SUSPENDED, I can also access FTP but the dashboard says it was suspended. I also received suspension email.
The interesting thing is it was already 3 months. dashboard now indicated it was TERMINATED . but I can still access the website and the FTP.
What should I do? to make it active again?

For future, please bring up the unsuspension error as soon as it occurs. I notified an admin to take a look.

sorry for bringing it up this late.
I thought if I wait for the website to be suspended, for another month.
I can unsuspend it for real. turns out. to be terminated.

You have created a new service so the terminated service would not be able to be restored currently.
