My FTP login is not working !

Hello ..
My site is : ahmedbiomy.x10hosting.com
My ftp is : ftp://ahmedbiomy.x10hosting.com

I try to login by FTP using windows explorer address bar as usual , but its not allowing me..
a msg open saying "could not login the FTP server with the user name and password specified"

i don't know what is the problem, Thank you in advance..

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
