My FTP server very slow and stuck

need help here, I'm currently trying to upload some files on my server, and the issue is that, after two to three success file transfer (upload or download) the server just 'pause' i mean the transfer is stuck. Thus i need to disconnect and re-transfer it again. But then again, the issue repeated, as in the transfer get stuck after two to three successful transfer.

I'm using FileZilla client, with one file per transfer setting.

Hope you can help me with this issue. and solve by returning back the smoothness of the file transfer.

Your account is hosted in "Cossacks".
You should be able to connect and use FTP with no problems.

yeap, im hosted at cossack, let me rephrase my problem : I can connect to FTP server, but it is slow and get stuck most of the time.

yaa mee too the same.
iam on absolute and ftp too slow.Some time even get paused.
Iam using dreamweaver mx as my ftp .
