My ftp still not working

my ftp is not working i got an pm off staff to tell me what to do and its still not working

Your username should be pixal10. Your password is your regular cPanel password. These settings should work. If it doesn't, please post the complete error message here.

Which client r u using for ftp, check ur port settings and firewall settings

Normal users do not have access to these credentials. I do because I am a community advocate (helps people), but I do not have your password.

I included this in the post so that admins would not have to go through the same steps that I did.

He mentioned in his previous thread the error was wrong user name/pass word. Is that still the case? If so, I think this is ready for escalation.
