My FTP wont work

Hi, My FTp keeps coming on then off i have a look at the server status thing in my cpanel and ftp is red... And another one is red, I think it was server load or something... Yeah so when i go to upload something it goes off, It wont come back on untill another 30 mins... Any help?

I havent seen the ftp on your server go down, and certainly not for 30 minutes, we do keep an eye on the servers, so I would expect it to be picked up quicker than that if it did go down.

What else are you seeing as red on your server?

The FTP's Alright now but it mihgt go of again later... this what was on red

Server Load 16.42 (4 cpus

I would say lotus's FTP is about 99.4% reliable. Is this still an issue ?
