My FTP Works but nothig else

my domain name is evilfunhouse.pcriot.com

it says my domain is available but I can connect through my ftp and nothing else works, it says my account is unsuspended I have an ad enhanced account, I dont think anything else is wrong with what im doing, did I do something wrong? I know ive already uploaded alot but as the support staff/ whoever can see my site will notice that I have only had my site for less than a day and im not even close to done

it still does the same thing, when I go to http://evilfunhouse.pcriot.com is says domain availiable and all of that, also cpanel login does not work

it worked yesterday when it was first activated, is it something I did?

Your page shows x10's default index.

I had a friend test it and it is the default index, but my cpanel wont allow me to login and after clearing the cache and everything when the page loads up it says domain available again, is there any way to fix this or should I continue editing it blind?

good news 74.86.133.219 the stoli server ip, I can log into my cpanel through that (YAY!!!) now if I want to access would it be http://74.86.133.219/~hlmaster or http://74.86.133.219/~evilfunhouse ?

can someone help it says that the domain is available and I cant access the cpanel, the only way it through the ip for the stoli server (74.86.133.219) and im trying to atleast SEE my servers front page, why is this happening?

This is an issue with your ISP and not x10. Your ISP has the IP of your site cached before it was created. If you go to anysite.x10hosting.com and it does not exist it goes to an IP ending in .241. Your ISP is still sending you there instead of your site.

The only thing you can really do in this situation is wait for your ISP to update the records.
